The Birch Bay Village Building & Grounds Committee meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7 PM. Any changes to meeting dates & times will be posted to the website events calendar.  Agendas for the meetings can also be found on the website events calendar by opening up the event. Minutes are posted once they are approved.
