Birch Bay Village has a variety of amenities available to our homeowners, residents and their guests. We have a several community parks with picnic shelters, BBQs, jungle gyms, restrooms and breathtaking views. In addition to parks we have have a variety of sports courts, a pool, a clubhouse available for club events and private party rentals (for a fee), a marina and a 9-hole executive golf course.
The Birch Bay Village Community Club is presided over by a seven-member Board of Directors. We employ a General Manager and support staff to conduct the management, support and maintenance activities for the club. Additionally, several committees have been created to manage the various BBVCC amenities and services.
Birch Bay Village has several active clubs and groups that put on events throughout the year to promote community and fun. Whether you enjoy boating, dancing, card games or wine tasting, Birch Bay Village has a club for you.
