Birch Bay Village Marina

The Birch Bay Village Marina is a private, 250 slip marina, with a launch ramp, kayak racks, boat and trailer storage lots, guest moorage, 30 amp power, restrooms, a gas dock and pump out station.

2026 Marina Fees

  • Annual Marina Facility Fee (Launch):  $20/Day, $95/Year for boats 16 ft. or < with 9.9 hp motor or less, $8/ft./Year for boats <16 ft. or greater than 9.9 hp motor
  • Annual Moorage Fee  (Annual – total due Jan. 1st, Per Foot):  Outside Slip $62/ft., Full Slip $55/ft., Inside Slip $55/ft.
    • Moorage fees based on size of slip assigned.
    • Monthly payment plan available for an additional $5 split payment fee.
  • Monthly Slip Rental (Per Foot):  Outside or Full Slip $13*/ft., Inside Slip $11/ft. 
    • *Per full-month, billable foot.  Minimum 2-month rental. No reservations or holds. 
  • Annual Boat/Trailer Storage Parking Fee $384
  • Annual Boat Trailer Power Storage $604 
    • Power available November – March
  • Annual Kayak Storage Fee $28
  • Annual Kayak Marina Facility Fee (Launch) $42
  • Additional FOB/Mobile App Access $10 (Limit 2 FOBs/ household)
  • Marina Power $.175/kw
  • Marina Fuel Card Set-Up Fee $55
  • Marina Fuel Card Annual Access Fee $25
  • Guest usage (all facilities) $40/day
  • Guest Dock Overnight Fee $1/ft/day (in addition to Guest Usage Fee – $40/day)




All fees are valid for the calendar year and are NOT prorated.

Launch & Moorage

ALL mariners must be property owners in good standing and must review the BBVCC Marina Rules & Regulations before using the marina facilities.

Marina Safety Orientation is required for ALL new moorage.
