Birch Bay Village Marina

The Birch Bay Village Marina is a private, 250 slip marina, with a launch ramp, kayak racks, boat and trailer storage lots, guest moorage, 30 amp power, restrooms, a gas dock and pump out station.

2024 Marina Fees

  • Annual Marina Facility Fee (Launch) Boats >16 ft and > than 9.9 HP motor: $165; Boats <16 ft and < 9.9 HP motor or less: $85; Daily: $17
  • Annual Moorage* Fee (Per Foot) $48
  • Monthly Moorage* Fee (Per Foot) $12
  • Annual Boat/Trailer Storage Fee $285
  • Annual Boat Trailer Power ** Storage $200 (in addition to annual boat/trailer storage fee – $285)
  • Annual Kayak Storage Fee $25
  • Annual Kayak Marina Facility Fee (Launch) $40
  • Additional FOB/Mobile App Access $10 (Limit 2 FOBs/ household)
  • Marina Power $.15/kw
  • Marina Fuel Card Set-Up Fee $50
  • Marina Fuel Card Annual Access Fee $20
  • Guest usage (all facilities) $36/day
  • Guest Dock Overnight Fee $36/day (in addition to Guest Usage Fee – $36/day)

*Moorage fees based on size of slip assigned.

Launch & Moorage

ALL mariners must be property owners in good standing and must review the BBVCC Marina Rules & Regulations before using the marina facilities.

For moorage availability or other marina related inquiries please contact the Harbormaster at the main office.

Marina Safety Orientation is required for ALL new moorage.

  • Click the link in the email and you will be ready to start the orientation
