• Dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations, as required by law and current vaccination record must be on file at the Village office
• Dog handlers/owners are always legally responsible for the behavior of their dog(s)
• Dog handlers/owners must be at least 18 years of age
• Children 5-17 years of age allowed when accompanied by an adult; no children under 5 years of age allowed
• Dogs must be on a leash when entering and exiting the exercise area
• Dog handlers/owners must remain inside the exercise area supervising their dog with leash readily available
• All dog handlers/owners must be in agreement with each other to share the exercise area. Permission to enter the exercise area must be granted by handlers/owners with their dogs(s) already in the park. If permission is denied, please be respectful and return another time.
• Only 2 dogs per professional dog handler are allowed at a time: Limit 5 dogs in the exercise area at one time.
• Dog -waste must be cleaned up by their handler/owner immediately and deposited in trash receptacles.
• Any holes made by your dog(s) must be covered/filled before you leave the exercise area.
• Exercise area open from dusk to dawn.

For the safety of all the following is NOT Permitted:

• Glass containers or human food (small dog training treats permitted)
• Puppies 4 months or younger
• Grooming of dogs
• Dogs in heat
• Aggressive dogs*

                *A reactive dog with their handler/owner may use exercise area.  This information MUST be disclosed and communicated to anyone wishing to  enter the exercise area.
