Members that have been paying close attention to the budget process are aware that BBVCC has a number of capital projects and operational challenges in the next few years that would benefit from some additional financial expertise and oversight. To that end, the BBVCC Board discussed the formation of a Finance Committee at their November meeting. The Board was presented with draft documents for the charter and duties of the proposed committee. These documents will be finalized and included in a resolution to be adopted at the December Board 2024 Meeting.
