The clubhouse is approximately 3000 square feet and features high ceilings, an AV system, a fire place, a full kitchen with dishes and tableware, and an open floor plan perfect for family gatherings, wedding receptions, and graduation parties. Collapsible tables and chairs are also provided, with addition seating available under the covered veranda.

The Birch Bay Village Clubhouse is located at 8181 Cowichan Rd., Blaine WA 98230, between the Pro Shop and pool. It is used for functions by the BBVCC Board of Directors, Standing and Ad-Hoc Committees, approved clubs/groups (such as the Service & Social Club, Golf Club, morning coffee, etc.) at no fee. The clubhouse is also available to rent for private functions by BBV homeowners (members in good standing).
All clubhouse events must be scheduled through the Rec Center. To check for clubhouse availability please call 360-371-2026. Once availability is confirmed please download and submit your rental application for approval. When your application is approved and date is reserved all rental fees, deposits, licensing or permits required must be submitted to the Rec Center at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
